Thyroid School was born out of my deep desire to heal myself of Thyroid Disease. It's been quite a journey... more than 30 years in fact, but I continue the journey and share what I have found or what has helped me over those years. The thing that has helped me the most in that time is doing the inner work, which is why it is my main focus these days.
Let's face it... if you feel anxious about your food there is not much point in telling you how to eat right? We need to release the anxiety first.
I hope some of the things I share help you on your own journey with this disease and any others you may currently be experiencing.
