Every day during this 21-day experience, I will share with you a different strategy I have learned in my 30 years of experience in this field.

You can take the ones that resonate with you, and leave the others.

I will then give you further resources on each strategy so that if it speaks to you, you will know where to go to delve more deeply into it, and who I learned it from so that you can do the same.
